Agenda

In the last three years we have had a world-wide pandemic, a frenetic return to some form of normality despite supply chain dislocation, and then a war which has caused significant global disruption to energy and commodities accompanied by spiraling inflation and interest rates. Our global lineup of speakers and panels will help you unpack the uncertainty and give you the tools to thrive in these unsettled times.

In our live sessions, industry leaders will explore topics including the future of energy, rebuilding the supply chain, trade finance, inflation and Fed rate hikes, ESG, DEI, issues of fraud and lender liability, and regulatory developments around the globe. Our popular View From the Top panels return, covering all aspects of the secured lending industry. We have also programmed specific activities for young professionals to further immerse themselves in the industry.

CPE: In-person attendees will be eligible for up to 6 CPE credits at the end of the event.

CLE: This program is eligible for 4.25 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 5.1 hours of CLE credit for 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.

Great news...we are adding six new On Demand sessions, available to stream on Nov. 7:
