Greg is a co-founder, Executive Vice President, and equity member at Harney Partners where he leads the firm’s Fiduciary Services practice.  As part of his overall turnaround and restructuring practice, Greg currently spends most of his time serving in some form of a fiduciary capacity including CRO, Chapter 11 Trustee, and independent board member or manager, as well as state and federal court receiver involving matters (both in and out of court) across a wide variety of industries and geographies. 

Based in Austin, Greg has worked from Harney’s offices in both Texas and Chicago for the past 25 years where he has been able to leverage his professional experience and the expertise of the Harney team to provide onsite advisory services to clients in more than 25 states and several foreign countries. Greg is a frequent speaker on the trending alternatives to Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
