With ongoing changes in the legal landscape in the EU, what are the latest – and anticipated – developments impacting the ABL market? Taking in expert legal perspectives from France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain, this webinar falls into two parts.  

Firstly, a dive into the ongoing implementation of the EU restructuring directive: there may be standstills and priming liens for interim financing providers. What should an ABL provider prepare for?
