Ann Huynh, Managing Director, brings over two decades of experience in corporate restructuring, energy investment banking, and strategic financial advisory. With a focus on corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, energy/infrastructure finance, performance improvements, and interim management, Ann has successfully led numerous clients through both in- and out-of-court restructuring and M&A transactions.

Throughout her career, Ann has developed strong working relationships with stakeholders including lenders, boards and corporate management teams, attorneys, and court-appointed trustees to assist with growth and distress corporate advisory, complex debtors, and creditors assignments. Her execution experience and innovative solutions have been instrumental in advising clients across diverse industry sectors such as power and renewables, oil & gas, manufacturing, healthcare services, and retail services.

Prior to joining our firm, Ann held key roles at prestigious firms including Grant Thornton, Alvarez & Marsal, Riveron and Macquarie Bank. She has also served in strategic leadership positions, including Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis for a $5 billion publicly traded retail services company and Project Finance Advisor to ENGIE North America (power and renewables).

Ann is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and serves as a board member with various organizations including Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Houston, Women’s Energy Network Houston (WEN), and Under Our Wings (Children’s literacy). Ann earned a B.S. degree in Economics/Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She received an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
