The laws governing key aspects of secured transactions vary from state to state and new financial disclosure bills are being introduced in several jurisdictions. How can you keep up?

The SFNet Compendium of Secured Finance Law is a time-saving tool that enables you to research important legal issues related to secured transactions in any U.S. state within seconds. Published for asset-based lenders, factors, banks and other institutions engaged in secured transactions, the SFNet Compendium of Secured Finance Law is designed to suggest the answer to many questions at the most important and crucial time—when the borrower's application is presented. This is a digital-only item, you will not receive a hard copy when you subscribe.

Every effort is made to keep the Compendium material current. Periodic updates of revised laws and legal opinions are provided by SFNet and correspondent attorneys in the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
