Cyntra Trani

Director of Credit Management, Asset-Based Lending, TD Bank

Cyntra Trani is the Head of Credit Management for the Asset Based Lending group at TD Bank, leading a team of portfolio, underwriting and operations professionals.  Cyntra has been in her role for 14 years and is responsible for the overall credit portfolio while ensuring structured deals meet risk policies.  Additionally, she is accountable for delivering a superior customer experience while driving profitable business growth, in line with TD's ABL business strategy.  She has over 30 years of corporate lending experience.

Previously, Cyntra held various roles at CIT, including Head of Loan & Risk Review, reporting directly to the CIT Board Risk Committee.  During her tenure there, she was an integral part of transitioning CIT from a financial services company to a bank holding company.  Prior to CIT, Cyntra spent 14 years with GE Capital in various roles with greater responsibility.  She began as a field examiner and held leadership positions in Restructuring, Retail Finance and Distressed Debt. While at GE she earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification.  Her last role at GE Capital, Cyntra served as Chief Marketing Officer to the CEO of Corporate Finance.
