Ellen Cook is Head of ABL Servicing at Alter Domus

Ellen joined Alter Domus in July 2016 to build an asset-based loan servicing team to support lenders who did not have the in-house capabilities to administer and monitor these types of loans. She has over 35 years’ experience in asset based and cashflow lending. 

Prior to joining Alter Domus, Ellen was a Senior Vice President at MB Business Capital with responsibility for Operations and business unit integration into MB Financial Bank during the 2014 merger with Cole Taylor Bank. Before the merger, Ellen was the Underwriting Manager for Cole Taylor Business Capital, managing a  team of 7 experienced underwriters for Cole Taylor Business Capital. Previously she worked with LaSalle Business Credit at LaSalle Bank, holding various progressive positions in Credit Analytics and Underwriting.  Ellen also has experience in internal auditing and cashflow lending.

Ellen holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida A&M University. She is an active member of the Secured Finance Network; serves on the SFNet Education Committee and is also one of the SFNet instructors for industry training.
