James Wollweber Jr. is a Credit Analyst at TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. As Credit Analyst, James is a member of TD ABL's Underwriting and Portfolio Management team. He assists on new business underwritings of asset-based revolvers and manages several portfolio accounts.

James has 6 years of experience in Corporate Finance at various financial institutions.  Prior to joining TD Bank in 2023, he served as an Investment Analyst at St. John's University's Endowment Fund and as a Credit Analyst at Sterling National Bank in its Commercial Finance Department. At Sterling National Bank, he received his Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and was a Reverse Mentor to their C-Suite Executive Leadership team. Additionally, James was an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University. 

He received his undergraduate degree from the Stony Brook University, where he was a member of the football team and his MBA from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University.
