Kal Das is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, based primarily in New York, with deep experience in banking, structured finance, project finance, asset securitization, restructurings, supply chain, business transactions, and corporate finance. He previously served as head of the Global Bank and Institutional Finance & Restructuring Practice at Seward & Kissel.

Kal represents a variety of clients including domestic and international banks, private equity and private credit, hedge funds, investors, trustees, servicers, and other institutions in domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Outside of his legal practice, Kal is dedicated to professional development and community involvement. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors and former vice president of the New York University Law School Alumni Association and member and former chair of the Nominating Committee of the LAA. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Skidmore College and a Governor of ISH, London.
