Kevin O’Malley is a partner in Blank Rome’s Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice and practices in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He concentrates his practice in financial services and commercial lending, primarily representing commercial banks, direct lenders, equity sponsors, and other institutional lenders and borrowers in asset-based and cash flow financing transactions across several industries. He assists his clients in structuring complex deals at the initial stages and also has extensive experience guiding clients through difficult restructurings and workouts. He is a recipient of SFNet’s 40 Under 40 Award, was named a “Banking and Finance Visionary” by the Los Angeles Times Banking and Finance Magazine and was named a Rising Star by the Southern California Chapter of Association of Corporate Counsel. He was also the co-founder, president and general counsel of Indie Brewing Company, a former craft brewery located in Los Angeles, CA.
