Kristina Miller

Senior Credit Officer & Head of Asset Based Lending Credit, Fifth Third Bank

Kris spent the first 20 years of her career with GE Capital, and like many in the ABL world, started by performing field exams then moved on to both underwrite and manage primarily ABL loans for companies across a wide range of industries. In 2002, she joined GE Capital’s newly formed Corporate Retail Finance Group as an underwriter/account manager providing ABL solutions (including DIP and POR financings and running full liquidations) to retailers with annual sales in excess of $250MM. In 2013, Kris began leading the part of that team based in Chicago, where she remained until joining Fifth Third Bank in 2015 as a senior credit officer/head of ABL credit to help create a distinct ABL group. In the 3 years since fulling forming the group, Fifth Third’s ABL book grew by ~$3B, and with Fifth Third’s recent acquisition of MB Bank, she is now responsible for an ABL book with in excess of $6B in commitments.

Kris has a BSBA from John Carroll University and an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
