Matt is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in middle market lending, specializing in Asset Based Lending, Factoring, and Trade Finance both domestically and internationally. He currently serves as the leader of client management efforts at Republic Business Credit, overseeing a suite of products tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses.

Matt's extensive background includes founding and serving as CEO of a nationwide finance company, where he honed his expertise in structuring financial solutions for businesses. Prior to that, he held the prestigious role of Division President at a Fortune 100 company, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth.

In addition to his executive roles, Matt has served on the boards of directors across several businesses, bringing valuable strategic insight and leadership experience to diverse financial services businesses. He is actively involved in the finance community and serves as a board member of the Secured Finance Network and its California Chapter.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, further solidifying his strong academic foundation in business and finance.
