Scott Elliotto

President, Siena Lending Group

Scott is a founding member and President of Siena Lending Group. Scott has over 28 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, including 17 years with Burdale Capital Finance and Siena. Most recently, Scott was the Chief Executive Officer of Siena Healthcare Finance, a specialized division of Siena, dedicated exclusively to providing financing within the healthcare sector. Prior to that, Scott was the Senior Managing Director of Originations for Siena. 

Prior to Siena, Scott was the Director of Originations at Burdale Capital Finance, a wholly owned asset-based lending subsidiary of Bank of Ireland. Scott joined Burdale Capital Finance in 2007 to build out the originations platform for the de novo business. Before joining Burdale Capital Finance, Scott spent over 5 years as an originator for GE Capital. Scott started his career as a field examiner for Congress Financial in 1996 and spent over 5 years there as a field examiner and underwriter. In addition, Scott has had underwriting roles at CIT Business Credit and Fleet Capital.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Economics from State University of New York Brockport. Most recently, Scott completed the Center for Creative Leadership-Leadership at the Peak program.
