Mr. Allen serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Eclipse Business Capital, LLC (EBC), a private debt fund specializing in senior secured credit facilities for companies across diverse industries. With a focus on loan sizes ranging from $10 to $250 million, EBC offers asset-based loans as a flexible financing option for businesses requiring solutions beyond traditional banks.
 
In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Allen leads EBC’s commercial strategy and business development efforts. He is responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing product development, and executing competitor analysis. Additionally, Mr. Allen fosters key relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring that EBC delivers value and innovative solutions to meet their needs.
 
Mr. Allen holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from St. Thomas University’s Cameron School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston.
