Code of Conduct
The Secured Finance Network (SFNet) is committed to providing a positive, welcoming environment at all association functions, whether in-person or virtual. Participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, moderators, volunteers, exhibitors/sponsors, SFNet staff, and service providers are expected to abide by our code of conduct to maintain an environment that embodies our core values.
Discrimination, intimidation, or harassment in any form is strictly prohibited at SFNet events or on any online platform utilized by the association. Vulgar language, or other offensive behavior that would contribute to a hostile environment will not be tolerated. We expect participants to honor diversity and respect others’ opinions and perspectives at all times.
Participants should not record, screen shot or photograph material that is presented without permission.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from a meeting/event without refund. SFNet also reserves the right to prohibit attendance at future association functions.

Platform Access and IT Requirements
The SFNet Connect platform runs on a site outside of SFNet.com. In addition, we are using tools which are added to the platform to video stream the content/sessions, enable video conferencing, and offer breakout private video conference rooms. To ensure you are set up to access the event, email your IT support team the system requirements and whitelisting information listed below.
If your company permits, bypass your corporate VPN and strict corporate firewalls. These throttle upload speed causing lag, and can potentially block audio and video streams.

Extra content means more opportunity for professional credits. Up to 29.5 CPE credits are available at this year's event. CLE credits are available as well, pending approval by state CLE boards. On the platform each session will have a link to fill out your CPE/CLE forms.
The Secured Finance Network is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. When you access SFNet Connect for the first time, sign in with the email you used to register for the Convention, then create your 8-character password. Be sure to write down your password, you will need it each time you log on. If you have attended an
SFNet virtual event in the past, you can use your existing SFNet Connect log-in, then select SFNet 76th Annual Convention from your list of events.
Q. Do I need to download anything in order to access SFNet Connect?

Q. How do I visit an Exhibitor Booth?
A. In SFNet Connect you will see an Exhibitors button. Click it for the list of all Exhibitors, you can then click on the name of the Exhibitor you want to visit to see their virtual booth. There you will find company information, contact details, a list of company team members, and downloadable documents. From here it is easy to chat with a team member, request a meeting at a scheduled time, or bookmark the booth to return later.
Q. If I miss a session, can I watch it later?
A. Yes, the majority of sessions will be recorded and you will be able to access them on demand at the end of the Convention. On demand content will remain available through December 31, 2020, with the exception of a black out week November 22-28.
Q. Can I reserve a private, small group meeting room for my organization? A. Unfortunately, once the Convention begins it is too late to set up a private, small group meeting room for your company on the SFNet Connect platform. The deadline for no-cost room requests was October 15, 2020.
Q. Where can I find the Convention agenda?
A. On SFNet Connect, click the Agenda button at the top of the page, or the Agenda button below the video screen.

Q. How do I find out who is speaking on a panel?
A. On SFNet Connect, click Speakers for a full list of speakers. Scroll down the speaker’s page for the list of sessions they are participating in. You can also find a list of participating speakers within each session descriptions on the Agenda.
Q. How do I add Convention sessions and meetings to my Outlook calendar?A. To add sessions to your schedule, click the icon to the right of the session title. Once you have added the sessions, click on My Event at the top of the event home page. On the left, you will see the option to Export to My Calendar.
To export your meetings, click on My Meetings to view the list, then find the option to Export to My Calendar on the left.
