Ares Commercial Finance Provides a Senior Secured Credit Facility to Hint, Inc.

Ares Commercial Finance announced today that it has provided a senior secured credit facility to Hint, Inc. The credit facility consists of an asset based revolving line of credit. Proceeds of the credit facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for ongoing working capital to support growth. Per Brian Cramer, Hint Senior Vice President of Finance, “Ares Commercial Finance was a supportive financing source, recognizing the importance of our growth initiatives, and closed the transaction in less than 30 days.” Hint joins a portfolio of companies in the Ares Commercial Finance Consumer Products Vertical, which is focused on supporting consumer products companies seeking financing well suited to foster growth initiatives.
