Tour of Minute Maid Park
In This Section
Enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the home of the Houston Astros. Located near our Convention venue, the Marriott Marquis in Downtown Houston, Minute Maid Park was built to reflect Houston's historical relationship with the railroads and features a vintage, full-sized locomotive that runs along 800 feet of track on the left-field wall. Minute Maid Park beautifully incorporates modern conveniences like a retractable roof, yet exudes a truly classic atmosphere complete with red brick masonry and natural grass.
We will meet in the hotel lobby at 9:30 a.m. and walk the short distance (15 min) to the Union Station Lobby. Our tour begins at 10:00 a.m. and will last approximately two hours. We will visit the Upper Deck, Gallagher Club, Bank of America Suite Level, Honda Club Level, Press Box, and Houston Methodist Hall of Fame Alley. Fans will also visit the Visitor's Clubhouse, batting cage, dugout, and take a lap around the Warning Track. Be prepared to climb stairs and ramps on the tour. All stadium tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Sign up for our stadium tour when you register for the Convention or email conferences@sfnet.com.
