Rachael Brown is the Director of Commercial Real Estate for The Bank of Tampa, a $3B community bank focused on serving the greater Tampa Bay and Sarasota markets. Rachael started in commercial real estate in high school working for her father’s development company and entered banking during the great recession in CRE workout at Wells Fargo. She eventually moved into lending, with experience in both general commercial real estate and multifamily agency lending. Rachael graduated magna cum laude with honors from the University of Miami where she majored in Finance and Business Management with a minor in Real Estate Law. She’s is on the board of the Society of Real Estate Professionals and the advisory board of the Real Estate Society at USF.
Scott M. Sutek is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal for the Davis Tucker Group, with corporate offices in Tampa, Florida. He co-founded the firm in May of 2018.
Scott is a United States Marine Corps veteran serving from 1988 to 1993. He enlisted as an Aviation Radar Technician focusing on ballistic missile defense systems. During his service, Scott was promoted to the rank of Sergeant E-5, received numerous awards & commendations and also served as a Nuclear Biological & Chemical Warfare instructor & Water Safety Survival Instructor. Scott received his Journeyman's license in Electronics Technology while serving in the Marine Corps.
As a Business Development professional, Scott is very active in the Tampa AEC industry. He is the President of the Contractors Closers & Connections Tampa chapter, a member & annual sponsor for the Society of Real Estate Professionals, a member of Tampa Bay AIA, the Suncoast IFMA chapter and also serves as the Co-Chair of the Gulf Coast DBIA of Florida chapter. In 2015, Scott was the recipient of the President's Award for his commitment to the American Society of Civil Engineers Georgia chapter.
Katie Trott is a Partner with Foundry Commercial, providing both strategic and tactical advisory services relative to office and industrial occupiers of commercial real estate. As one of the original employees of Foundry, Katie brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Foundry Commercial specializing in site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, build-to-suit and dispositions of excess corporate real estate. This expertise allows her to represent a variety of corporate clients throughout local markets as well as on a national basis. Our corporate advisory services team consisting of Katie along with Jimmy Johnson, Tim Kilkelly and Jas Reber formed nearly 20 years ago and are recognized as leaders in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Katie served on the corporate advisory services team at Trammell Crow Company, where the team consistently held a top producing position. Katie began her career as a commercial real estate appraiser at Integra Realty Resources valuing numerous property types.
