This 3‐hour session will enable participants to:

Define delegation and the things that can and can’t be delegated Explain 10 different degrees of delegation.
Ask participants to describe how they use delegation (i.e., what they delegate, to whom, and why). Develop strategies to overcome the things that prevent them from delegating.
