Bank of America Business Capital Announces New Business Development Officers

Bank of America Business Capital is pleased to announce three new senior vice presidents/business development officers: Brad Kuhn in the Midwest region; Sabrina Singh in the Midwest region; and Michael Pisani in Central and Eastern Canada. They will provide asset-based lending solutions and banking products to large and middle market companies, intermediaries and financial sponsors in the United States, Canada and across Europe.

Based in Detroit, Brad Kuhn previously served as an executive director at JPMorgan Chase. In his 20-plus years in the asset-based lending industry, he has held a variety of roles in credit structuring, underwriting and portfolio management at GE Capital and Heller Financial.   

Brad earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a CFA Charter holder.

Sabrina Singh, who is based in Chicago, has spent the last 15 years working in the secured lending and leveraged loan industries, most recently as vice president and business development officer in the ABL group at BMO Harris Bank. Her prior experience includes underwriting and managing cash flow loans at Citizens Bank and Orchard First Source Capital, as well as working on large institutional transactions at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto.

Sabrina earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University. Sabrina is a member of the SfNet and TMA, where she serves on several committees.

Based in Toronto, Michael Pisani brings nearly 20 years of financial services experience and has broad lending expertise with an emphasis on asset-based financing and workouts. Prior to joining the bank, he worked for a Canadian distressed debt firm, Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, GE Capital and CIT Business Credit Canada, where he held a variety of roles, including restructuring financial products, underwriting and portfolio management and providing asset-based credit facilities to the mid-market. 

Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.   

Bank of America Business Capital is pleased to announce that Christopher Tran has been named Senior Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer in the Midwest. Based in Cleveland, he will join a team of business development officers who provide asset-based solutions and banking products to large and middle market companies, intermediates and financial sponsors across the U.S. and Europe.

Prior to joining the bank in 2017, Christopher has had previous roles as a field examiner, underwriter, portfolio manager and relationship manager. He is also a United States Army Veteran.

Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Minnesota State University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
