Parker Hudson Welcomes Grace Blood, John David Gifford, and Madison Morrow to the Partnership

Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP is pleased to announce that healthcare attorney Grace Blood, corporate attorney John David (J.D.) Gifford, and commercial finance attorney Madison Morrow have been admitted to the partnership as of January 1, 2025.

Grace Blood focuses her practice on representing healthcare clients in civil and administrative litigation, with particular experience in payor-provider disputes, arbitration and mediation, and judicial appeals. She also advises providers on various regulatory and compliance issues, including fraud and abuse, EMTALA, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. In helping clients navigate a highly regulated industry, Grace combines exceptional writing and analysis with a “leave no stone unturned” approach to advocacy.
J.D. Gifford represents a wide range of businesses in a variety of corporate matters, including merger, acquisition, and disposition transactions; capital raising activities; tax planning; and corporate governance. Representing privately held businesses of all sizes, he handles all aspects of the life cycle of a business, advising on choice of entity and organizational structure considerations, tax planning, wealth management, and succession planning. He also represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of businesses. With his dedication and diligence, J.D. helps position his clients' ventures for success.
Madison Morrow represents national and regional banks and other financial institutions in a range of secured lending transactions. She assists clients with structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing syndicated and single-lender financing transactions. Madison’s clients value her client-centric approach, efficiency, and responsiveness. Madison’s practice includes a variety of secured lending transactions, including revolving and term loan facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings.
