Otterbourg Names Thomas Duignan Co-Chair of Finance Practice Group

Otterbourg P.C. announced today that Thomas P. Duignan has been named co-chair of the firm’s Finance Department.
Mr. Duignan represents many prominent banks, commercial finance companies and other institutional lenders in connection with a wide range of transactions. He will join co-chair David Morse in guiding a financial group at Otterbourg that is firmly established as an industry leader.

Mr. Duignan specializes in the structuring and documentation of complex lease and loan transactions, including asset-based, cash flow and structured finance transactions, as well as loan workouts and restructurings, and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. He has wide ranging experience with syndicated and single lender transactions, multicurrency transactions, cross border transactions, letters of credit and intercreditor arrangements. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Duignan worked as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a Regent in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers.
