Mr. Barrett originally joined Gridiron Capital in 2019 as an Associate. He focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies such as AML RightSource and TNAA. Prior to joining the Gridiron team, Hank worked as an analyst in the Global Industries Group at Jefferies. Hank also received a B.A. in Government and Economics from Wesleyan University where he played varsity lacrosse.
Mr. Wawrzyniak joined Gridiron Capital in 2019 as an Associate. He focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies such as Leaf Home, Erie Home, and Royal Paper. Prior to joining the team at Gridiron, Kirk worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities covering Consumer and Retail. He holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.
