The firm earned awards for U.S.A. Private Equity Deal of the Year | Small Markets and Hospitality & Services Private Equity Deal of the Year. Award winners were announced during the 15th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards Gala held at the Metropolitan Club in New York on January 30, 2024.

CohnReznick received the U.S.A. Private Equity Deal of the Year | Small Markets award for its work on HMP Global’s acquisition of the Neuroscience Education Institute. HMP Global is a multi-channel producer of education materials and content for the healthcare community across a range of therapeutic areas.

The Hospitality & Services Private Equity Deal of the Year award was won by the firm for its work on Xperience Restaurant Group’s acquisition of RM Restaurant Group. Xperience is a leading casual and fine dining operator with more than 70 restaurants across the U.S.
