Scott Avila, Co-founder and Managing Partner, has more than 25 years of management and consulting experience advising financially and operationally distressed companies through complex organizational change. Scott has successfully led over 150 large scale restructurings, both out‐of‐court and in‐court, helping clients across a wide variety of industries. He has assumed numerous interim senior executive positions including CRO and COO, and has successfully advised clients on improving operations, growing revenue, driving EBITDA, and enhancing working capital. Scott excels in working alongside management teams, equity holders, and creditors, to develop and execute detailed performance improvement strategies that add value for all stakeholders. Prior to co‐founding Paladin, Scott was Chief Executive Officer of Armory Strategic Partners. Before that, he was a Principal in Deloitte’s Corporate Restructuring Group and Managing Partner at CRG Partners prior to its sale to Deloitte in 2012.
