Golf Outing

Hit the links at with us! The Covey at Big Easy Ranch is a spectacular 18 hole championship golf course that made its debut March 2023. Golf Digest calls The Covey "a sublime example of the best of Texas golf." In its first year, the course was rated #1 new and top 10 overall golf course in Texas by The Dallas Morning News.

This beautiful design takes full advantage of the unique rolling terrain including several elevation changes with 80-foot drops from tee to fairway, tree lined fairways, running creeks and waterfalls. The par 72 course boasts 7,511 yards with multiple tee boxes to challenge golfers of all levels and abilities.

We will meet in the Convention hotel lobby for a group departure by bus at 6:30 a.m. (plan to arrive at 6:00 a.m. if you are interested in our grab & go breakfast.) During the 75-minute ride to Big Easy Ranch, you will enjoy light refreshments. We'll have a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.

After play, enjoy an afternoon reception and lunch on the grounds. The return bus will arrive back at the Marriott before 5:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to prepare for the evening's big event, our Opening Reception.
