Darryl Kuriger

Head of ABL Capital Markets, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Darryl is currently Managing Director and Head of ABL Capital Markets for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His team is organized within the Global Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance practice of BAML. In this capacity he leads a team of professionals responsible for origination, structuring and execution activity related to all of BAML’s syndicated ABL loan transactions.

Darryl is a 25 year banking veteran and has executed in excess of $250 Billion of debt transactions, in a Left Lead capacity. He has spent most of his career 18 working in debt capital markets and corporate finance, with a particular emphasis in asset-based lending. He has held functional positions in capital markets, origination & execution, credit delivery and client management, serving clients in a broad array of industries including consumer & retail, industrials, business services and financial institutions.

Darryl earned a bachelor's degree from Villanova University and is involved with several industry groups and trade associations including the Secured Finance Network, formerly Commercial Finance Association, and Turnaround Management Association. He has served as Board Member and Convention Planning Committee member for the Secured Finance Network and is a frequent public speaker on topics including debt capital markets. He is also active in the local community and youth sports. Darryl is married and has two children and resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
