ABL Field Examination Manager, TD Bank

Foster Fegarsky – ABL Field Examination Manager – 32 years of Commercial Lending Experience include 20+ years of ABL and Factoring Collateral Field Examination, encompassing ABL Field Examination Manager, Senior Manager and Manager position’s at TD Bank, GMAC Commercial Finance and Deloitte & Touche, LLP, respectively. Prior to joining TD Bank, Americas Most Convenient Bank, as the ABL Field Examination Manager in 2010, he served as SVP of Field Examinations for the Commercial Services Group at GMAC Commercial Finance and was instrumental in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.  He also managed all New Business and Troubled Asset examinations.  Prior to Collateral Field Examination, Foster held positions with CIT and HSBC (Republic Business Credit).

In addition to his Field Examination duties, Mr. Fegarsky has been involved with TD Bank’s Risk and Controls Group as the Asset Based Lending Privacy and Compliance Officer since October 2012.  In that role, Mr. Fegarsky has been the point person for all internal controls/audits and compliance issues.
