Jennifer Palmer is the Founder and CEO of JPalmer Collective, an experienced commercial finance leader dedicated to providing customized finance solutions for fast-growing companies. With 20 years of expertise in helping small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) thrive, Jennifer is committed to improving women’s access to funding.

At JPalmer Collective, she focuses on funding high-growth companies that do not meet traditional lender criteria, including women-led companies and consumer brands centered on conscious consumers, sustainability, and inclusivity. Previously, as CEO of Gerber Finance, Jennifer grew the ABL portfolio by over 140% and led the company to its second most profitable year in 25 years, even during the pandemic. Under her leadership, the portfolio of women-owned and women-led businesses increased from 34% to 56%.

A working mother of four daughters, Jennifer is a female entrepreneur with deep finance industry experience. She is committed to ensuring that the future of financing is female-inclusive. She has also served as the president of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet) and is widely recognized as a leader in the finance industry.
