Jerome S. Oldham

2021 Inductee, 1stWest Financial Corporation

Jerry Oldham served as chairman and CEO of 1stWEST Financial Corporation. He had a broad senior management background in commercial banking and corporate/real estate finance. Jerry served as a consultant or expert witness in litigation and settlement negotiations involving complex corporate finance, real estate, banking and lending practice issues. He served as fundraising chair for the Secured Finance Foundation and was an ardent supporter of the Foundation. Oldham received his B.S. degree in finance & real estate from The Pennsylvania State University and his M.S. degree in banking & finance from Colorado State University. He is remembered for his banking research and publications in the areas of commercial loan pricing and profitability analysis and due diligence.   

Jerry was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) in 2012 and died in March 2015.
