Juliana Obregon is counsel in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where she focuses her practice on Capital Markets & Lending, with an emphasis on advising commercial and investment banks in leveraged finance and asset-based lending in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Juliana represents leading investment banks and commercial banks in connection with bank financings, syndicated institutional loans, asset-based loans, debt offerings, high yield bond offerings and equity offerings in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations, bridge lending and loan commitments, out-of-court restructurings and other financing transactions.
