Michele Riccobono

Managing Director, Wells Fargo Capital Finance

Michele is a Managing Director in Wells Fargo’s Asset Based Lending division, focusing on Retail and Consumer Products.  With over 20 years in the industry, Michele has extensive loan structuring, underwriting, portfolio management and bankruptcy experience focusing on mid to large size corporate clients. 

Michele has been at Wells Fargo and in the consumer products and retail space for the majority of her career.  She is a natural collaborator and has a proven track record of building strong, long-term relationships.  In her current role, she leads a team managing $10Bn in loan commitments, serving as the portfolio manager, providing strategic direction on loan structuring, risk mitigation, and problem loan resolution.  Michele has been adept at executing complex transactions and successful in leading her team through multiple bankruptcies and distressed situations. 

Michele is an active participant in the Corporate Banking mentor program and financial analyst training program. 

Michele holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
