Paul brings over 22 years of people transformation experience with a current focus on the Future of Work. In addition, Paul's experiences span the design, development and implementation of behavioral change management capabilities, organizational design and its integrated changes, and aligning people to strategy and technology to effectively bring speed and efficiency to a client's organization across multiple industries.
