Rose Coyman
Director, Consumer Products Inventory, Gordon Brothers
As Director, Consumer Products Inventory in the Valuations practice at Gordon Brothers, Rose Coyman is responsible for managing the appraisal process for consumer products inventory. She works with a team of analysts and appraisers to develop value conclusions used by lenders for financial decision making. Rose communicates directly with the clients and the companies Gordon Brothers appraises helping them understand the value drivers and collateral monitoring points in each appraisal.
Before assuming her current role, Rose held the positions of Project Analyst, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at Gordon Brothers. Before joining Gordon Brothers in 2009, Rose worked as a Hedge Fund Portfolio Analyst for the Alternative Investments Team at JPMorgan Private Bank. In this role, she was responsible for the analysis, research and ongoing monitoring of hedge fund performance and strategy.
Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Finance, Accounting and Studio Arts from Boston College, and she has been certified by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Rose also holds a real estate broker’s license.
