Sarah Frazier is a partner in Blank Rome LLP’s Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group. She focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions, private equity funds, other credit providers, and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition financing, oil and gas secured financings, note purchase and sale transactions, and the workout and restructuring of credit facilities.
