Tom Siska is a Senior Vice President with eCapital Commercial Finance Corp. Tom’s career spans four decades in the small business and lower middle market commercial finance industry. His firms provided asset-based loans, factoring (both recourse & non-recourse), purchase order financing and reverse factoring. Most of his ventures involved starting up or turning around alternative lending platforms. He has both acquired other finance companies/portfolios and had his firm acquired by either a bank or a large, diversified financial conglomerate. 

Tom’s talent for nurturing winning teams and delivering transformative outcomes has yielded $100MM in stakeholder value across several different companies from Chicago, to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas and Toronto, Canada. Many of those firms are still thriving today. Tom received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
