Drivrz Financial Expanding Existing USD $300 Million Loan Origination Credit Facility

PowerBand's finance arm (Drivrz Financial) is extending its platform to accept loan originations from its dealer customers, Intellacar customers and DrivrzXchange customers.

PowerBand Solutions (TSXV:PBX) (OTCQB:PWWBF) (Frankfurt:1ZVA) ("PowerBand" "PBX" or the "Company"), a comprehensive e-commerce solution transforming the online experience to sell, trade, lease, and finance vehicles, is announcing its intent to accept loan originations on its Drivrz Financial platform, the Intellacar platform as well as the DrivrzXchange, a revolutionary C2C retail platform.

The Company's April 26, 2021, new release relating to the USD $300 million credit facility was originally executed with the Financial Institution in July 2020 and was described in a news release dated July 13, 2020. DRIVRZ Financial has been using this credit facility for lease origination since the date of execution.

This existing credit facility is now being extended to loan origination for consumers who are looking to secure a vehicle loan.
