Gordon Brothers, the global asset experts, has named Joseph Malfitano Global Head Transaction Counsel reporting to the Chief Investment Officer.
Malfitano leads the firm’s legal team focused on deal structure, risk and strategy across all transactions globally and partners with the business to deliver rapid, customized and integrated solutions to clients.
Malfitano has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, restructuring advisor and dealmaker structuring complex asset acquisition and disposition transactions, both in and out of court, across the retail, real estate, brands, commercial and industrial sectors.
