Josiah Tsui is the co-founder and COO of Finley Technologies, software company that 
specializes in helping lenders and borrowers automate, secure, and monitor structured finance transactions. Prior to Finley, Josiah held positions at Ironclad, Palantir Technologies, and the Harvard Kennedy School. Josiah holds a B.A. in international studies and an M.A. in international relations and international economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
