Clifford Chance Adds Capital Markets Partner Om Pandya in Houston

Global law firm Clifford Chance has hired Om Pandya as a Capital Markets partner in Houston. Pandya, who joins from Latham & Watkins, has extensive experience advising issuers, private equity sponsors and financial institutions in registered and unregistered securities offerings including IPOs, SPAC transactions, high yield debt, sustainability-linked debt, equity-linked products, acquisition finance, complex liability management and both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Pandya has deep knowledge of the energy and infrastructure sector and has also been involved in many significant M&A transactions. His appointment further strengthens the firm's global Capital Markets offering in the US and builds on breadth and depth of the team in Houston.

The appointment of Pandya takes the total number of partners in Clifford Chance's Houston office to 15 and he is the 12th senior hire in the US in 2024.
