Eversheds Sutherland that they have elected 10 individuals to partner and promoted 10 individuals to counsel effective January 1, 2025, including Tax Partners and Counsel:
Partners:
- Brittany Edwards-Franklin (Tax), resident in the Atlanta office, counsels clients on a range of tax and ERISA employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation, health and welfare arrangements, and executive compensation.
- Deepa S. Menon (Tax), resident in the Washington DC office, counsels businesses in the complex areas of employment, worker privacy, privacy and data protection and technology product issues. She routinely advises clients regarding all aspects of federal, state, and local employment laws and privacy laws.
Counsel:
- Cyavash N. Ahmadi (Tax), resident in the New York office, counsels clients on a broad array of state and local tax (SALT) issues. He also assists with compliance, planning, litigation, controversy, and audit defense. Cyavash is experienced in multistate taxation issues involving income, franchise, sales and use, and property taxes.
- Brian Tschosik (Tax), resident in the Washington DC office, represents multinational clients in international tax planning, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and related financing.
