Over Eligible Days

The period of time at which an invoice become ineligible for advance purposes. Asset based lender typically limit eligibility on invoices to a specific amount of days. It may be 90 days from invoice date or 60 days from due date. Once the invoice extends past that period, the invoice becomes over eligible days and becomes ineligible for advance.
