 Kevin Gilligan serves as Vice President, SBA Lending Director at The Bank of Tampa. Kevin joined The Bank of Tampa in 2018, bringing an extensive background in SBA lending, offering small business owners throughout the Tampa Bay area greater access to capital. Prior to joining The Bank of Tampa, Kevin served on the SBA team at HomeBanc. He attend Trinity College of Florida, focusing in psychology. Kevin and his wife manage a non-profit youth football and cheerleading organization in Land O’Lakes, where they provide any interested child the opportunity to participate, regardless of family status. Over time, they have partnered with similar-minded individuals and sponsors, covering all costs and equipment for families in need.

Brooke Mirenda is President and CEO of Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO), a certified development company, managing a portfolio of loans over $150MM.  SEDCO is a Florida Non-Profit certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration to process, underwrite and service the SBA 504 Loan Program. SEDCO also offers the Community Advantage Loan Program (“CA”), as well as Minority, Veteran and Women Loan Programs. SEDCO was a TOP lender in the Paycheck Protection Program, funding over 48 million and over 6900 business in the state of Florida.

Brooke has served on many boards including the Boys and Girls Club, American Red Cross, Commercial Finance Association (Secured Finance Network), and founding board member of the Young Leaders Alliance through the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Neighborly Care Network and is actively involved in Tampa Bay Business and Wealth, Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, Step Up for Students, National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) and CEO’s in Schools. Brooke also serves on the Legislative Committee with NADCO. She was recently honored to be nominated by colleagues for The Top 100 Real Estate Professionals in 2020.  In 2018 Brooke received the National SBA Female Lender of the Year award as presented by the Coleman Report.  Brooke was selected by NADCO to testify in front of Congress for the benefit of enhancing the SBA 504 loan program in December of 2019 and March of 2022.

Prior to joining SEDCO, Brooke spent over 15 years in banking in various leadership roles. Brooke relocated her family from Indiana to Florida in June 2011.  Brooke is very active in giving back to the community.  She is involved in local schools with bi-weekly mentoring of a high school student she has worked with for four years. She has also mentored students at USF and UNF.  Brooke is married with five children and resides in Seminole, Florida.
