Making Sense of the NY and CA Financial Disclosure Laws

In September of 2018, the first-of-its-kind financial disclosure law affecting lenders was signed into law in California. Similar legislation has since been introduced in other states, with New York passing its own law early this year. SFNet’s team of advocacy volunteers has been hard at work the past few years to effect the best possible outcome for the SFNet community. During that time, we have worked closely with the American Factoring Association to advance our common goals and have invited Robyn Barrett of FSW Funding to represent the AFA community during this webinar. Join us on December 10 to get updates on these laws which could have a meaningful impact on the industry.
