Cory Gaffney
Partner, The Anderson Group

Cory re-joined The Anderson Group in 2006. Previously, Mr. Gaffney worked in private equity at Wynnchurch Capital from 2005 to 2006 and at The Anderson Group from 2002 to 2003. In addition, Mr. Gaffney worked as an Equity Research Associate and as an Investment Banking Analyst with Thomas Weisel Partners and Raymond James Financial. Cory also has previous work experience with Beacon Strategic Resourcing, a provider of Asian manufacturing outsourcing services to United States-based manufacturing and distribution companies.

Cory is a graduate of Yale University (BA) and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John McDonald
Senior Managing Partner, Hyde Park Capital Advisors

Mr. McDonald is a Senior Managing Director and a co-founder of Hyde Park Capital Advisors, LLC.

At Hyde Park, Mr. McDonald originates, executes and manages private equity and debt placements, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and general financial advisory engagements. Prior to founding Hyde Park in January 2000, Mr. McDonald was a Managing Director of the Investment Banking Healthcare Technology/Life Sciences Group at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. where he worked as an investment banker in their corporate finance group for over 11 years.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. McDonald was employed by IBM Corporation and Motorola, Inc. While at IBM, Mr. McDonald worked as a mechanical engineer on the development team for IBM’s initial personal computer products which included the PC, PC-XT, PC-AT and PS2 Series. At Motorola, Mr. McDonald worked as a mechanical engineer on the development team for the world’s first consumer cellular telephone which was launched in the fall of 1983.

Mr. McDonald holds a B.S.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from the Duke University School of Engineering where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the Tau Beta Pi honorary. In addition, Mr. McDonald holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. McDonald holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.

Mr. McDonald serves on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth, the Board of Visitors for the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University, and the Board of Advisors for the Center of Entrepreneurship at the at the University of South Florida.

Graham Woodard
Managing Partner, Three Sixty Seven Advisors

Graham Woodard is a Managing Principal at Three Sixty Seven Advisors. He has spent his entire career working in Investment and Commercial Banking, serving as a trusted advisor for middle market companies spanning across all industry types and with a size range of $2-20MM of EBITDA.

Graham has led over 100 successful M&A transactions ranging up to $300MM of Enterprise Vale. He has also been responsible for over $1 billion dollars of senior debt capital origination and placement, primarily focused on M&A events. Prior to founding Three Sixty Seven Advisors, Graham was most recently a C&I Lender with Valley National Bank in Tampa, FL where he handled originating, executing, and managing a portfolio of companies, including private equity groups on their financing needs.

Graham has built a reputation for getting deals done in a fair and pragmatic manner and only works with privately held companies. A Tampa native and graduate of Florida State university, Graham is passionate about corporate finance and entrepreneurship. During his free time, he focuses on spending time with his family

Kyle Keith (Moderator)
Senior Vice President, The Bank of Tampa

Kyle is a financial executive with a broad background in various leadership capacities within corporate, commercial and retail banking. Prior experiences have allowed him to work with various sized organizations supporting credit, treasury management and a variety investment banking needs. This broad background has enabled Kyle to consistently provide financial guidance to business owners throughout the Tampa Bay region while always striving to provide an exceptional client experience.
