Truth In Lending Regulations Are Coming To California Commercial Lenders!!

California will soon require lenders to make Truth in Lending type disclosures when offering commercial loans or lines of credit under $500,000.

Hamid Namazie, Partner at McGuire Woods, represented the SFNET before the legislature in Sacramento met the DFPI who has drafted the regulations. No one is better qualified to discuss the application of this new law.
