The Importance of Ancillary Documents and Credit Insurance Administration

This two-part webinar will focus on the importance of looking at critical ancillary documents as well as credit insurance. Panelists will discuss collateral access, including warehouse agreements, landlord waivers, deposit account control agreements, notice issues from third parties, changes of material contracts and post-closing items. Questions discussed will include: What happens when a borrower changes a warehouse or opens a new bank account? When inventory is subject to licensing arrangements, what are the terms and conditions that you can sell branded inventory in the an event of default?
The second half of the webinar will focus on understanding and maintaining credit insurance policies and making sure the policy is being administered. This includes reporting what is past due to insurance companies and being aware of Stop Shipping Clauses.
