Speakers
Ryan Baker is Vice President with Capitol Lien Records and Research. Mr. Baker has degrees in Business Management and Marketing. While at Capitol Lien he has been refining the art of client relations in the legal and lending industries for well over a decade. Much of his experience is steeped in getting to the heart of solutions for clients nationwide as it pertains to risk mitigation and due diligence processes involving real estate research, UCCs, court research, and corporate services.
Ian Rubenstrunk is a Management Consultant with Alliance Management. Mr. Rubenstrunk began his career, following graduation from law school, as a judicial clerk with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. Following his clerkship, he was an attorney and shareholder at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. working on distressed financial transactions, primarily representing secured creditors. He has worked extensively in workout, receivership, foreclosure, assets sales, and bankruptcy, involving a wide variety of collateral.
