Panelists
Peter York, Adjunct Professor of Finance and Capital Market at Ohio State University. Pete joined the Fisher College of Business in 2023 after a 30+ year banking career, having spent the past 21 years as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Securities. Pete's focus was on secured bank lending in the global debt capital markets, specifically leading JPMorgan's Global Investment Banking, Syndicated, Asset-Based Lending product. He is a Past President of SFNet and a current member of the Secured Finance Foundation board. 

Kathryn Dick, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Salt of the Earth Consulting (SOTE), a prominent advisory firm to financial institutions. Kathy spent decades as a senior official at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) where she ultimately chaired the OCC’s National Risk Committee and served on the President’s Working Group on Financial Markets. She is a former consultant with Promontory Group, and Head of Risk, Governance and Regulatory Strategy for USAA. 

Lon Goldstein, President of Goldstein Policy Solutions, a Washington DC-based consultancy providing advisory services to financial services and other industries. Lon previously led Government Relations at CIT Group where he forged strong relationships on Capitol Hill and with regulators. He played a crucial role during the 2008 financial crisis and has successfully advocated for issues of importance to SFNet since 2020.

Yvonne Kizner, SVP, Asset-Based Lending, Cambridge Savings Bank
. Yvonne has 23+ years of professional experience in asset-based lending and professional services, with  specialized knowledge of liquidation values and asset valuation. She is an entrepreneur involved in the start-up of two valuation groups (Gordon Brothers in 1995 and Hudson Capital Asset Advisors in 2009) and two asset-based lending platforms (New Alliance Commercial Finance in 2011 subsequently acquired by First Niagara and Blue Hills Asset Based Lending in 2016). Yvonne has significant experience in launching new platforms and comfortable in all facets of business including revenue generation/prospecting, marketing, operations, accounting, collateral analysis, and managing staff. She is a seasoned professional with a deep network of referral sources through servicing asset-based lending community in advisory capacities (Gordon Brothers and Hudson Capital) as well as multiple years of driving direct lending new business opportunities. Yvonne has been profiled in the ABF Journal July 2016, “Starting from Scratch: Keith Broyles and Yvonne Kizner Build an ABL Division at Blue Hills Bank”, and The Secured Lender June 2017, “Leading the Way: Profiles of Groundbreaking Industry Leaders.”

Jeff Goldrich, President & CEO of SLR Business Credit. Jeff has been in the asset-based lending and factoring business for over 40 years. He founded North Mill Capital, as its President and CEO, with its management group in 2010. In 1995 he co-founded as a shareholder and COO of Business Alliance Capital Corp (BACC) a national commercial finance company based in Princeton, New Jersey. Jeff and his partner sold BACC to Sovereign Bank (now Santander) in 2005. Jeff is a Past President of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet) after serving as its First Vice President for a number of years. He is also a member of its Executive Committee among various other committees. Jeff is a Foundation Patron of SFNet’s Education Foundation and a member of its Board of Directors.
