In addition to athlete growth, Mrs. Wheelock has expanded the number of service programs which focus on health and wellness, educational based inclusion programs in more than 382 schools and 15 colleges, and has added 3 new sports opportunities. In addition, SOFL has created a critical partnership with the Florida High School Athletic Association which serves as one of the most important wins for inclusion as athletes compete within the FHSAA competition season and letter in their home schools. Mrs. Wheelock also spearheaded the creation of the first ever Sports Advisory Council featuring all of Florida’s major league sports team CEOs and Presidents.

She has recently been re-appointed to the Governor’s Commission, Volunteer Florida, awarded the exceptional USTA Florida Presidents Award, honored by the Orlando Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business and has actively served on the CARF International Health Board.
